We couldn't be happier! Had an emergency last night where the tub faucet wouldn't turn off. Called Plumb Masters and they walked me through how to turn off the water to my house, then scheduled someone to come over today. Marc arrived at 8:30am and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He spoke amiably with my husband and myself, gave us product info for the future, FIXED EVERYTHING, and even offered tips about our water pressure. We will 100% be calling them anytime we need help and recommending them to our friends. Well done :)

You guys were amazing! Called for my water heater leaking at noon. They came within two hours. Had a change within 15 20 minutes ordered a part had it overnight and the tech was amazing with communication. Had a part in the very next day before noon!

I had a leaky outdoor faucet and Manny came out the next day to get it fixed. He had to trim around the limestone to get to the faucet and replace it. I was very hesitant about the trimming but he had reassured me he has worked on exterior faucets attached to bricks and limestone before. I allowed him to trim some of the limestone and replace the faucet and it all worked out. The faucet got replaced and I can't even tell the limestone got touched. I asked him about the water turn off switch for my house and he said it looked really old. From the appearance, it did look old. He wrote me an estimate and explained everything that needed to get done, so I went with it.... read full review
