Claudia has been a pure joy to work with on the entire process from scheduling, procedures and just being over all a very nice person. Twice during the process, I have had a minor issue with the temps, I called Claudia and she was able to resolve it quickly and effectively. Dr Medgaus the surgeon is wonderful.
