New Beginning's Nail Spa

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial and when I went online to book an appointment, it showed availability 3 months out. I marked it on my calendar and thought it was a little odd that I would need to wait so long. When the day of the appointment got closer, I looked at my voucher again and noticed it expired prior to my actual appointment time. When I called into the salon I received a generic voicemail that was machine generated and did not die five this establishment as a business...again...kind of odd. I also bought the groupon deal for the shellic mani/spa pedi. I made my appointment 9/15/14 online and got the conformation e-mail. I showed up for my appointment almost two weeks later and when I got there was told that the lady who was doing those deals quit two months ago and I should of gotten an e-mail from groupon. I told her I just made the appointment this month and when she asked if I got the e-mail I showed it to her. She just said she did not have an appointment for the time I had scheduled and that I need to call groupon. I will never go to this place! I made an appointment through a groupon. The day before my appointment, the owner Keisha, called me. She was informing me that she would not honor my groupon because the person responsible for setting it up was no longer working there. Keisha let me know that I could keep my appointment, but she would have to charge me because she wasn't going to do it for 'free'. She said my choices were to call Amazon and see if I could get a refund, come in and pay (again) or cancel. What a terrible way to run a business.
