I’ve had an extraction, bridge repair, and later needed a root canal and crown, and I’ve been very pleased with the care I’ve received by Dr. Sami Iqbal and team. It’s really nice to have a dental office that can handle routine cleanings as well as more advanced dental work all in one place.
The staff is always friendly, professional, and organized. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain costs and coverage, which makes the process much easier. The customer service was excellent from the time in the facility. Nice clean office front desk staff was very professional, as well as the dentist and the dental assistance. Everything was explained in detail and where I could understand what was needed in my plan
We've been patients at My Dental RR for about a year now. Every experience has been great. Dr. Iqbal is bright and good hearted. He helped us through a root canal situation with a younger kiddo and we're so grateful we found him! He also has a great team of friendly and professional staff. Just got a call today to follow up on a procedure and not used to that kind of care! Highly recommend.
