I had a fantastic experience with this electric company thanks to Calvin. He showed up right on time, completed the repairs efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. His commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. On top of his excellent work, Calvin was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate the outstanding service—highly recommend!
I requested a follow-up evaluation on several upgrades to my electrical system from last year, and Zach came out to do a full inspection. He identified a few opportunities for improvement and provided excellent service throughout the process.
At one point, I thought there might be an issue with the upgraded equipment, but Zach called me directly and quickly helped determine that the problem was actually due to the city power being shut off — not the new installation. That gave me a huge sense of relief.
