Can I tell you that Cathy Salcedo of Metals4u is absolutely phenomenal - she follows up with you every step of the way. She actually calls you back when she says she’s gonna call you back and answers her emails promptly. If she doesn’t know something, she’ll try to find somebody that can answer the question. We only purchased $25 dollars worth of metal but she was so helpful. In this industry, we got a lot of runaround but she is on it. She is an exceedingly valuable asset to this company, and I wish nothing but the best for her.

Give more stars if I could - Greg Villarreal was so helpful. My son told him the idea of what the project he had in mind and Greg helped him gather all items needed. These days its rare to have someone in sales have such patience and really kindness to be as helpful as he was. A big thank you to Greg for making our son's day - I'm sure his graduation project will turn out great.
