Absolutely amazing people, from the front desk to Traci’s extensive knowledge explaining anything and everything you could want/need to know. If there was 6 stars these people deserve it!
My family and I have been patients at Master Eye Associates for years, and the care has always been exceptional. Whether it’s a routine eye exam or an urgent visit, they consistently make us feel like a priority. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, and the doctors take the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed. It’s rare to find a practice that combines professionalism, efficiency, and warmth so effortlessly. We truly appreciate their dedication and wouldn’t trust our eye care anywhere else.
Dr. Mei was absolutely amazing. I have never had an optometrist be so thorough in an examination. Took his time explaining every detail and I felt like he truly cared about my eye health. I do not usually leave reviews but he deserves all the recognition! The front staff were patient with me and all my questions before coming in and his assistant in the back was great as well. Wonderful team!
