Geneva is fantastic! Visiting from out of town on a stressful trip, I was craving a quality deep tissue massage. The front desk recommended Geneva, and I was able to book just a few days out. I try to not get my hopes up with therapists I haven’t seen before (I admit it: I’m picky), but she was absolutely perfect.

Her communication was excellent. She said at the beginning that she keeps talking to a minimum (thank you), but encouraged me to speak up if I wanted her to adjust pressure or give certain areas more attention. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was great. However, the whole time I was getting my massage there was no music playing that all I can hear was the therapist deep breathing. No relaxation.

Came in on a Tuesday as finals week is full steam ahead. Front desk was welcoming, quick and efficient to check me in. (Online Appt) Jannelle was my masseuse today. She did a phenomenal job working out tension in all the usual culprit locations (shoulders, neck, traps) and she even worked out tension on my chest which never crossed my mind to consider a tension spot. A1 highly recommend to get your chest worked on. Check out process was just as seemless. This location ran well during my visit. I’ll be coming back soon! Thank you so much! ?
