I spoke to Brett and he was very informative about how his business applies the treatment and explained in great details about the material and frequency of the service. Caleb arrived the next day and was as informative about what he will be doing as well. He took the time to go over how they apply the products and what signs to look for regarding pest around the home. Everything has been great! Unfortunately, the tech did not pull the patio door hard enough. The door sticks and needs to be pull with some strength. I guess next time, I'll prompt it open.
