Kevin seemed like a nice guy with a truck that meant business. However, his attention to detail in his work is severely lacking and he ran off with almost $4,000 of the deposit money for a small railing job in Round Rock, TX.The fence work and railing was supposed to be the final touches on a high-end addition project, but it turned out to be the ugliest part of the project.After having such good luck with contractors, Kevin put that to an abrupt end by refusing to return any money and refusing to fix all of the issues with the railing.Kevin doesn't have much of a presence online, so I started a Yelp page for him. Stay away from this guy. The most sketchy business owner I have ever done business with. I had him fabricate some custom metal stands which were fairly simple- he always came through before. Had issues but he eventually came through on his end of the deal. This time he literally disappeared and ghosted when the stands were supposed to be delivered. Stay the hell away from Kevin Garcia!
