Dr. Yohe, her team, and the Ideal program are nothing short of amazing. I’ve not only lost weight, but my labs prove that I’m so much healthier! Off of diabetes and cholesterol meds and the “red light” has targeted my dangerous belly fat which is melting away! I was skeptical, but it works....just DO it!
