I was a little nervous going in for a prenatal massage at Viva Day Spa in Round Rock because I’m 30 weeks pregnant and haven’t been feeling my best lately. I wasn’t sure how I would feel or if I would even be able to fully relax.
From the moment I arrived, those worries faded. Mikayla, the massage therapist, made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was gentle, attentive, and very thoughtful about making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The spa itself is also so cute, clean, and professional, which immediately adds to the calming experience.
By the end of the massage, I felt completely rejuvenated and deeply relaxed in a way I really needed. It was exactly the reset my body and mind were looking for during this stage of pregnancy.
I will absolutely be going back after I give birth, and I look forward to continuing care with them long-term. Viva Day Spa has definitely earned a place in my regular self-care routine.

What a phenomenal experience. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and Delta gave me the best prenatal massage I could get during this time. I’ve been hurting badly with lower back pain, round ligament pain, leg pain due to poor circulation, migraines, and the list goes on and on. Finally, last weekend I had a scare. I had false contractions that left me feeling debilitated and stuck in bed. After speaking to the on-call doctor, I’d been told I need to take it easy and take 1000mg of Tylenol. If within 1 hour, the pain persists, I’m in labor. I was able to fall asleep after taking the OTC meds so I realized this was my body screaming out for help. My husband automatically told me he’d book a massage appointment so I can get pampered. Pampered was an understatement. Delta literally gave me the deep tissue massage that I desperately needed- or at least what felt like a deep tissue massage. She educated me on how to help my poor leg circulation given that I have a varicose that popped up during this pregnancy. Bergamot essential oil applied to the area. She even educated me on its photo-toxicity and to not wear it out. I didn’t know what phototoxic meant until yesterday. You learn something new everyday. Anyway, needless to say, I’ll be using Delta’s services again in a near future and I highly recommend!

I’ve seen Recep many times for 90-minute massages, and I always look forward to our sessions! I’m very selective when it comes to massage therapists since it’s an inherently vulnerable experience, and feeling comfortable with your therapist is paramount. From my very first visit, Recep has always been professional, respectful, and focused on making sure I’m comfortable.
He regularly checks in on the pressure throughout the massage and consistently maintains the right amount from start to finish. I’ve been seeing him regularly for the past year+ to counteract the toll of long hours at a desk, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder and back pain. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both highly skilled and someone who genuinely cares about his clients’ comfort and well-being, I highly recommend Recep!
