So I put a extensive and expensive solar system in several years ago. It worked flawlessly until I was told that the power wall 2 batteries do great until they catch fire and burn your home down. My installer went out of business as did a few more .Greenstar unfortunately playing a game of hot potato was unfortunate to get my account . Shortly after getting it, Tesla announced 10000 of their power wall 2 batteries have to be replaced. There was also a delay in the replacement battery production. I contacted Greenstar who really had no skin in the game with me. They never worked with me before, but now have the responsibility of dealing with a problem that they didn't... read full review

GreenStar Power installed a 13 KW at my home in DFW and I'm blown away by the service and work they did. They are so professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about solar. Jamica was my project manager and she was amazing ? Paul leads the installs and will walk you through it all so you totally understand it. My electric dropped by $300! 5 Stars isn't enough!

I discovered that my solar system wasn’t delivering any energy to my house. I contacted GreenStar Power and worked with Zach. He walked me through several checks while we were on the phone and when that didn’t work he contacted the company making the inverter for my system. Zach was then able to walk me through finding a toggle switch that I didn’t know existed and we were able to restore power to the inverter. Zach was very polite, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our phone conversation. Great experience!
