Sunny did an amazing job with my pedicure. She was gentle and was helpful with adjusting the temperature of everything. Her massage was great! Lisa also did a great job with my husband’s pedicure. He says the massage was great.
I have had nothing but great experiences at Grandlux. I'm less than 3 years new to the area and this is my overall favorite shop. Ruby has the warmest energy when greeting you. Jerry is my guy and is always giving his best recommendations. Today Zoey stepped into to accommodate me and made me feel well taken care of until Jerry was available. I have seen the staff come together on more than 3 different occasions to make sure I was getting exactly what I was asking for and I truly appreciate that.
After getting my own nails done with a gel set and design, I inquired about if they could accommodate my mother’s nails. My mom had a stroke a decade ago and is paralyzed on her right side so her right hand is in a constant clenched fist, but they had zero hesitation in not only saying yes but also servicing her with a full set! Ms. Rose did a fabulous job making my mom feel comfortable and happy and treated her with such dignity and respect, my dad and I were beaming! Dad was tearing up for sure because he never thought this was a possibility, he’s been doing her nails but what normally takes him a good hour they had done in no time flat.
