I have been seeing Marie for a couple of years, mostly for hot stone massages which are always wonderful. Just recently, I ended up hurting myself while lifting weights and had to go to urgent care because my arm was losing mobility and I was in a lot of pain. I ended up contacting Marie, and she had an available appointment, the next day. When I came in to see her, she evaluated me to make sure that nothing was dislocated and then started working on my shoulder using different techniques.
I tried dry needling for the first time, because I was desperate for pain relief. After trying it, I would do it again because I saw how it helped me significantly.
When I came in to see her, I had no mobility in my arm, was in severe pain, I could not drive myself or even dress myself. Within one week of three different sessions to see her, my shoulder had mobility, I was able to drive and dress myself, and only felt soreness in my shoulder, I was no longer in pain. I told her that she is blessed with healing hands, and I would recommend her to anyone, she knows what she is doing, and has a heart to help people in need. I am so grateful for her.

I got into a car accident a few weeks ago and was referred to Exhale Medical right away due to a whiplash injury. After getting an MRI, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and have been on quite a bit of medication to manage the pain.

I had severe low back stiffness n pain after driving over 11 hours . Dr Marie was amazing, I appreciate her taking the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the session. I have long been skeptical about alternative medicine. I had a significant pain in my right shoulder. Sometimes it felt like it was in the muscle and sometimes in the joint. I was taking muscle relaxers and pain medication for it that temporarily made it feel better. It would wake me up during the night several times and I had to work it every day to be able to function. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Marie Derilus. I spent an hour at her facility on the first visit. As soon as she started working with my shoulder, she became incredibly focused on what she was finding. She massaged and stretched and adjusted. She did something called dry needling, and she used a host of techniques and methods. She told me that I had a pinched nerve that was contributing to muscle problems. I don't understand all that, but by the end of the first session, my shoulder was 75% better. The following night I did not wake up once with shoulder pain. By the end of my second session a week later, my shoulder was back to normal for my 66 years. Now I go back periodically for overall body massage adjustment and stretching. My body feels better than it has in years. I'm so glad I went and started this relationship. Dr. Marie is a true professional who really cares.

Exhale Medical Massage has been absolutely amazing! Dr Marie truly strive to offer the best health care for a patient. She have really helped me get back on my feet after struggling with severe back stiffness n pain to my right glut was so severe my Mom had to drive me to see her. Dr. Marie is incredible, I am so thankful to have found her practice. A few months after a mastectomy my fingers were always tingling or going numb when I walked. I knew everything was tight from post-surgery recovery but I took awhile to seek treatment. I absolutely should have sooner! In one visit Dr. Marie had me loosened up and I had no more numbness.
