We had an outdoor hose bib leak. Crow was able to get someone over within an hour. Our technician, Juan, did a great job. He was prompt, evaluated the problem and explained it clearly along with the solution.
Karen was professional and genuinely concerned that I get same day service. Caleb was very nice and knowledgeable young man who explained in detail what to expect. I the only thing I was surprised by is the price, which had no control. Thank you Caleb and Karen.
Crow’s got a plumber out here FAST and the tech (Brock) did a first-class job replacing an old, leaking icemaker service faucet behind the refrigerator. He also checked our other plumbing (which I know needs work) but recommended it be serviced soon on a non-emergency basis. I’d never heard of Crow’s before but they have smart techs who do excellent work. I’ll be using them in the future for all of my plumbing work.
