Crow’s got a plumber out here FAST and the tech (Brock) did a first-class job replacing an old, leaking icemaker service faucet behind the refrigerator. He also checked our other plumbing (which I know needs work) but recommended it be serviced soon on a non-emergency basis. I’d never heard of Crow’s before but they have smart techs who do excellent work. I’ll be using them in the future for all of my plumbing work.
Luke came out on time and called before he came. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions in a manner I could understand. There was no sales pitch nor did he endorse or denigrate any particular brand. I’d give him a 10
