I’ve been here several times. One lady is AMAZING and leaves my brows flawless, and the other I’ve given enough chances (about 5) to know that she will ruin my brows and I have to grow them completely out again. The other lady is not always there or not always available. I don’t think I will be back at all unfortunately.
Horrible experience. She cut a hole in my eyebrow and did not bother to line them up I have two different eye brows. I knew I should have waited for the owner to do them but I tried any way. She had the audacity to tell me that she didn’t see the difference. If she can’t see this difference she should not touch anyone’s eyebrows ever again.
Went January 13th close to 2pm. I usually come here bc they do a great job but this time I was disappointed. I was left with cuts on both sides of my eyes. There was not acknowledgement about what they did just gave me the mirror and asked if I liked and was left speechless. No apology or anything :(
