Horrible experience. She cut a hole in my eyebrow and did not bother to line them up I have two different eye brows. I knew I should have waited for the owner to do them but I tried any way. She had the audacity to tell me that she didn’t see the difference. If she can’t see this difference she should not touch anyone’s eyebrows ever again.

Went January 13th close to 2pm. I usually come here bc they do a great job but this time I was disappointed. I was left with cuts on both sides of my eyes. There was not acknowledgement about what they did just gave me the mirror and asked if I liked and was left speechless. No apology or anything :(

Zara the lady works there treats customers like money, not human beings. If you want a full face service on a Saturday or Sunday, forget it — she will turn you away because eyebrows are faster and make more money. There is no integrity or respect for the job. Not recommended at all.

If I could give negative stars I would but sadly 1 star is the only option. If you care about your eyebrows, do not come here. I came here to get my eyebrows done and the technician made them very thin. After taking almost a year to grow them back, I made the mistake of returning and chose a different employee. I specifically told her I only wanted a clean-up and that I wanted to keep the thickness of my brows. She said okay.
When she finished, my eyebrows were thin again. She said it was because my shape was uneven, yet she never showed me or asked for approval before repeatedly removing more hair. If you’re going to change the shape, you should communicate with the customer first especially after being clearly told not to thin them out.
I’m extremely upset with the lack of communication and will not be returning. RIDICULOUS.

I don't recommend them; they say they open at 10 and arrive at 11, and when you call them, they say they're arriving in 5 minutes, but they never show up.

This place is AWFUL the older lady wirh glasses bruised both eyes under the brows!! She just said not bleeding put ice on them :( overpriced and did a horrible job do NOT go there!

Best place to get your eyebrows threaded. They speak fairly good English, but it’s not their first language, so be patient with them and be specific. The ladies are very professional and polite. They’re always busy, so you should almost always expect to wait. They’re very good about keeping track of who’s next. I’ve had to go use the restroom, and they will hold your place in line. Their service is worth the wait!
