A few years ago I went and purchased the biggest and baddest pull they had. This giant 18x33 puddle of joy helped create a ton of great memories. When the pool got damaged due to hail Keith was super helpful and willing to offer solutions that would be best for our situation. I have recommended Backyard Oasis to people before, and I will happily do it again.

Bought a used spa back in October 2022. Keith was super helpful in the sales process and explained everything. We did have an issue with a leak under the unit (after about 2 months owning) and it was a bit of a hassle to get ahold of them to schedule a service call (another office does the warranty calls), but once Keith was made aware he made it right VERY quickly and extended our warranty an additional 30 days to ensure we had no further issues. Thanks for everything Keith!
