Purchased both an Endless Pool and HotSpring hot tub from them, been very happy with both products and their customer service. Can't say enough good things about their technician Andrew and Matt - this company needs to make sure and retain these employees. I have some accessories that are not common so local training is not available (Covana cover and a pace clock) and Andrew researched the products, called the manufacturers, kept me informed and corrected all problems that I was experiencing. I have no doubt he can correct any problem that might arise.
Another great experience with TX Hot Tub and Andrew. I expected my recirculating pump to need replacement which would have been a major expense, however Andrew did some troubleshooting and was able to clear a blocked valve to get me up and running in no time. I appreciate his expertise and honesty and highly recommend his services. Well done!
