After talking to 5 different fence installation/repair companies, weighing reputation, cost, and review count... etc.I accepted some quotes/visits, (one from a very surly guy "I've been installing fences for 30 years"), I picked ATX Fence & Deck. While not as expensive as others, the quality of their work was displayed on their gallery, and on the phone with Jared.I sent him images, and we set up an in-person visit for an estimate. Our old pressure treated deck was well beyond its useful life and needed replacing. We decided to replace it with composite decking. I found "ATX Fence and Deck" through online reviews which were almost all totally positive. Jared came by and surveyed the job. The old joists were 48 in. on center (believe it or not). He recommended replacing the entire framing with joists on 12 in. centers so the composite decking would not sag over time. We went with his recommendation. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME!
