Yeah, I like to give a big shout out to Big Red. He came through today. Did a very professional job while he had me laughing,Red went above and beyond with my showerhead I recommend this company to Any and everybody that needs any kind of plumbing five star.
Issues arose with a 3 year old grinder pump that was installed by Victory. Their response was fast and friendly. Even though it was an installation issue at a new home we purchased, three years ago, they promptly took care of it at no charge to us. Their technician Cody was very competent and explained everything to us. Great people to work with.
Update: Had a shower situation and got Preston. I am thrilled with how careful he was to make sure there was no water event. He understood my fears and pulled off a talented fix that was WAY less invasive than the alternative option.
