Ryan and his crew installed our roof previously, and when a leak came up later, they handled the repair quickly and professionally. Communication was clear, and the fix looks solid. Highly recommend!
Solid company that goes above and beyond, before, during, and after. I got my roof replaced by alpha a few months ago. They were extremely professional and informative throughout the entire process. Price was VERY reasonable considering they are not some small time fly by night business. A few months later, I had an issue with the flashing on the side of my house that actually had nothing to do with the roof. But they still came out, in person, with a crew, and fixed the issue even though they were not responsible for it. They even cleaned up afterwards and left my yard cleaner then before they arrived. Didn’t even charge me anything. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
Had alpha roofing due a full replacement on my house. I don’t know where to start from the office to the field guys. Everything went perfectly.
They showed up with about 10 guys to tackle the roof. Every single one of them was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. My property didn’t have a single nail on the ground after they left.
Office staff is very communicative and friendly and stay on top of their work.
They have continuously checked in to see how things were holding up or if I had any issues.
