I received a loan never had an issue except for the fact that I have had issues getting my pay off to reflect in my credit file. I paid it off last month and corporate hasn’t reported to the beurea since feb . Main reason to get loan in the first place was to build up my credit with the promise it’s reported in a timely manner . I have to call to remind them to look I into it and response time lags . Payment never lagged fair isfair . Update my credit to paid off in full and it’s all good . Other than that flaw , customer service was great !
