I left my little 10 yr old bichon yorkie for 3 days and I felt confident from the reviews and contact with all the staff that my Gigi would be cared for well. I have never left her anywhere bc there was no overnight staff but at this facility there is someone there overnight. I received a report card with a photo daily which was comforting and a great idea. Staff was so caring . I recommend Crate Escape highly.

Great place for day care or boarding. We use them frequently to provide day care when we go to the movies, but also for boarding when we have a trip to make. Everyone seems to love Ringo and are excited to see him when he comes. Been using them 5-6 years now.

We've gone here for a long time and have never had any major issues or concerns. Our dog has always been handled with respect and they've been constantly easy to get in contact with.
