Green Oaks Cleaners has great, fair prices, they are always nice and professional, very prompt amd on time. If we ever had any issues she quickly corrects them at no charge. I'm so glad we found Green Oaks amd ignored the previous reviews that were made while under a different owner. She has obviously turned this place around, and serves us well.
As a business owner, I try to be as professional, accommodating and respectful as one is allotted. I know I won’t be able to please everyone. Most reviews were before my time and although some since my time haven’t been great; I strive to be and do better. It was the review from Ms. Scott that resulted in this review. I went above and beyond to please and accommodate her only for her to leave the review she did. Allow me to present receipts. I don’t know of anyone past or present who would text and/or call their customers to remind them that they have items to pick up BUT I do. I really wanted to just defend myself with this one. 💁🏻♀️This cleaners was owned by someone else. However after the new lady owner took over this business. The service went to atrocious to outstanding. That’s why I gave her 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. She remembers her clients by name and makes sure the dry cleaning is done properly. The previous owner did not care but this owner DOES. For example: She took the time to write a note on my skirt to make sure they didn’t mess up the clasp. Cheers to her!! If you haven’t been there in a while, go back & give the new lady owner another chance. You won’t be disappointed. #supportsmallbusiness
