The snags you asked us to address were in fact fixed at no cost to you. I remember in fact, you stating that you did not want to pay the hem price UNLESS the snags were fixed… understandable and thus we did so. When you arrived to pick up your dress, you thoroughly looked it over. Front, back, side to side and top to bottom as I would have as well if my issue I needed addressed and solidification of me paying for the alteration was dependent upon the snags being fixed. Green Oaks Cleaners has great, fair prices, they are always nice and professional, very prompt amd on time. If we ever had any issues she quickly corrects them at no charge. I'm so glad we found Green Oaks amd ignored the previous reviews that were made while under a different owner. She has obviously turned this place around, and serves us well.
As a business owner, I try to be as professional, accommodating and respectful as one is allotted. I know I won’t be able to please everyone. Most reviews were before my time and although some since my time haven’t been great; I strive to be and do better. It was the review from Ms. Scott that resulted in this review. I went above and beyond to please and accommodate her only for her to leave the review she did. Allow me to present receipts. I don’t know of anyone past or present who would text and/or call their customers to remind them that they have items to pick up BUT I do. I really wanted to just defend myself with this one.
