“Started back to my fitness journey at F45 Fulshear after being referred by my Mom and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The classes move at a pace that allows me to push myself appropriately without causing myself to burnout or injure myself. I have also enjoyed the communication from Tami as she checked in with my several times during my trial and Coach Lorenzo knows when to push us and when to hang back and let us be. Definitely recommend!”
