I came in sobbing asking for help and they turned me away from my “case manager “ because she was too busy with work to deal with my problems and wouldn’t even allow me see my doctor. I feel like they are no help and just are literally just trying to have a gossip session. They don’t even offer real help. Don’t waste your time
Edit: if you feel the same way that no one is taking your mental health seriously, please keep continuing to come for counseling services! It takes time to heal. I initially had a pretty bad attitude towards this establishment, but after a year I was finally able to see how patient and supportive they are. Please give it a chance!...read full review
I've been with Texana for roughly 5 years. Everyone has been very helpful in my recovery process! I honestly don't know where I would be today had I not had the help and guidance I've received from everyone who has played a role in my journey. Texana has such a caring and professional staff and I adore all on the ACT team!
Been receiving service since I was a youth and the MHMRA place was called Riceland for behavioral reasons and Medical Mental Health issues I been hearing Voices all my life and this great place has a history of Helping me get right and back on track with treatment for a Beautiful Blessed Life with my problems and I pray that everyone who knows someone with issues in their life takes them to get screened and treated with best countywide treatment for all no matter abilities to pay or get meds or therapy a great place to get back in control of life or behavior issues stay blessed everyone I still receive treatment till today year 2024 stay positive and help someone in need
