Brought my granddaughter to Bubble Kids and i was completely happy with Dr. Shao's care. I was pleased from the time I was greeted at the front door and until the visit was over. Everyone who came in contact with my little was wonderful. Dr. Shao was very in formative. I eventually revealed that I too was in the dental field and that made our conversation even better. The only complaint I have would be about the waiting area. Since it's designed for kids, parents don't feel the need to watch their kids properly. There should be a sign posted saying something about being kind to others while playing, please watch your kids, sharing is caring. The reason why I am writing this is because, my little had been wearing a belt and it feel off her dress. As I turned around to see what kid was shouting, I saw a little girl stomping on her belt and the mother was just looking. Thankfully, that did not put a sore taste in my mouth because I brought her back for her treatment. Dr. Shao was amazing! She's out of our network, but she's worth it...
