“I had an exceptional experience Summer Park Dental the front office staff is very respectful and Ding is hands down the BEST. From the moment I walked in, Ding was attentive and made sure to prioritize my care. On my first visit, I was initially scheduled for a root canal, crown, and deep cleaning all in one day, expecting to be there for several hours. However, there was a scheduling mix-up, and I wasn't on the list for the deep cleaning.Ding went above and beyond by forgoing his lunch break to accommodate me and ensure I received the care I needed. Not many hygienists would go to such lengths for their patients. Throughout the procedures, Ding continuously checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. He even took the time to apply Vaseline to my lips during the cleaning to prevent chapping, showing his attention to detail and care for the whole patient.Beyond his exceptional clinical skills, Ding's personable nature made me feel at ease, especially considering my prior traumatic experiences with dental offices. He very knowledgeable about his profession, takes the time to explain to you, and is hilarious.He treated not just me but my entire family with the same level of care and compassion.I'm grateful for Ding's valuable service and highly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional oral care. “The last business day of the year is extremely busy for dentist offices because people need to use valuable dental insurance benefits before year end. That being said, my husband ended up with an infected wisdom tooth on that day. After trying five other dentist offices, we were losing hope to get the tooth taken care of before the new year. Thankfully, Elvia and the people from Trinity Dental worked my husband into their already booked schedule. They took great care and were extremely kind and understanding of his situation.
