My 23-year-old daughter took my car out for a joy-ride in the middle of the night and wrecked my car. Big Rod’s Towing picked it up. The next days I was pissed, but Big Rod helped me out. He gave me reasonable rates and helped me find a body shop. Incredibly a nice, helpful guy. When you’re in a bind, understanding and nice people make a differences. So, 10/10 for me.
I had an accident a few days ago and Big Rod's Towing was there within minutes. The driver and Austin wer very nice and patient with my wife and I, especially for working on their day off. Once my vehicle was in their tow yard, Austin was also super helpful working with us on getting a ride back out of town. 10/10 business and staff!
