I had my car blow a tire on 59 and u went through my insurance initially to get a tow, and after waiting 3 hours and getting notifications letting me know a new towing company was taking my case, and then another, and then another, until I called someone in town. Initially I called Big Rod and they were great too—after talking with them, the person I talked to realized I’d need a flatbed, which they didn’t have available at the time. They were really helpful and called Bryan from performance towing themselves and even texted me letting me know they got ahold of him and that he’d be calling me shortly. Bryan was on time to pick up my vehicle, he called me 15 mins before he was coming like he said. He place and took my car off the tow bed very nice and was careful with my car. I road with him to the dealership, the interior of his truck was nice and clean. He was very nice and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!
