Nick and Ruben were very professional. I appreciate that they uncovered the cause of our issue. They went the extra mile to ensure that the problem was resolved and ensured that they would be back to assist if we needed them again. Their professionalism saved my family money at the end of the day. Appreciate their dedication to their craft. Will recommend them to friends. Thanks again.
Service was great. Joseph was the tech that resolved our issue; we had a washing machine drain backing up while doing laundry. He was very professional and not only fixed the problem but educated us on steps we can take to prevent similar issues in the future.
Felipe was outstanding from start to finish! So nice & polite, very helpful, explained everything and unplugged our underground drain! He went above and beyond to help with a couple of gutter issues. Hoping for no more problems, but if I need help again I will be SURE and ask for Felipe! Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him as an employee!!!
