“After seeing the abundance of positive Yelp reviews, I fully expected this company to come through for me, and they did so with flying colors.Setting up my initial appointment was straightforward using their Yelp site. The owner came on time, masked up, professional, and polite. He listened intently to my requests, asked questions, and offered suggestions as needed. He sent a very reasonable proposal the following day via email. I loved the ability to accept his bid instantly and pay the modest deposit via the email link. I quickly received a follow-up email offering me a choice of appointments. I responded promptly, and they confirmed the date equally quickly.The team arrived today at the appointed time, masked up and with their shoes left outside. They spent a reasonable amount of time carefully laying blankets and taping plastic to the affected areas to protect our house. All of these measures show a high level of respect for their clients. The electricians were installing recessed lighting on our sloped living room ceiling. They explained that the cans needed to be shifted off center of the room's ceiling so that the lights would hit the appropriate areas of the room instead of hitting the wall. I so appreciated his foresight and expertise! They sought my approval on the placement of the lights and on various other matters. Once these decisions were made, the crew efficiently and expertly installed two ceiling fans, seven recessed lights, and remote wall control. Everything went smoothly, and they cleaned up well. It was an enjoyable and stress-free experience from start to finish. I could even pay the balance due with my credit card using the same link that I used to pay the initial deposit.“
