This gym is very welcoming and friendly. I stopped in for a jiu jitsu class while traveling. The technique and live rounds were great. The overall gym culture favors learning and growing.

I brought my 14 year old son here to learn how to protect himself against bullies, the mma class is outstanding, They really do a good job teaching. I feel sorry for the next bully.

I live in Lavon and this place is minutes from my house. I needed to get out of my comfort zone. Quaint Kempf I believe is the owner and is a former UFC fighter and he was giving up the tips and tricks with the foundation from day one. Muy Thai, Gi BJJ and No Gii, and Boxing as well. You don't even feel like you are putting in work and then you get up and there is a puddle of sweat on the mat. I literally have gone 2 days out of the week and have lost 25 lbs over the last 4 months. They motivate you and push you to get that work and you do it without even knowing.
