I brought my 14 year old son here to learn how to protect himself against bullies, the mma class is outstanding, They really do a good job teaching. I feel sorry for the next bully.

I live in Lavon and this place is minutes from my house. I needed to get out of my comfort zone. Quaint Kempf I believe is the owner and is a former UFC fighter and he was giving up the tips and tricks with the foundation from day one. Muy Thai, Gi BJJ and No Gii, and Boxing as well. You don't even feel like you are putting in work and then you get up and there is a puddle of sweat on the mat. I literally have gone 2 days out of the week and have lost 25 lbs over the last 4 months. They motivate you and push you to get that work and you do it without even knowing. Highly recommend. We are from OH and called ahead to see if we could do a drop-in as a guest while staying in Dallas. Could not have been treated better. There were four coaches for 16 students which allowed for a great deal of instruction, help and personal interaction. The class was also organized, fast paced and allowed for lots of drill time as well as "going live." I also really liked how they rotated training partners throughout the class to allow for different looks, sizes, skill sets, etc. Really great gym and hope to be back again.
