Shoutout to Sandy at the Rockwall Ulta! 💕 I went in needing to completely start from scratch, and Sandy was absolutely amazing. She was so thoughtful, generous, and supportive throughout the entire experience. She really took the time to listen to what I needed, paid attention to every little detail, and helped me find products that actually made sense for me. I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was. She made the whole experience so enjoyable! 🥰✨
Got me a Lil free makeover to turn around and pay $100 for all the products cause they turned out to be amazing and now im apparently a MAC girl! I love their recommendations and that I actually was able to consult with an estitician for the right products!
The Rockwall Ulta has the BEST costumer service! Newsha (hope I got that right!) was so helpful in finding the best shades of Estee! And Ashley was great dealing with all our I decisiveness at the counter! Haha! Great experience!
