Had to find a trailer to rent on short notice and U Rent It saved us. Top notch customer service, good variety and quality rentals. As with all rentals there is a refundable deposit, the difference being timing. We received our deposit back in less than 24 hours after return.
The Rockwall shop has a variety of plumbing snakes - manual and electric, and the staff provided excellent assistance in setting up and demonstrating several to help me choose. Bobby, John, and Jacob were knowledgeable and quick to help - even when I interrupted their lunch break. Kristen did a great job handling the paperwork which involved swapping machines to meet my specific needs. Highly recommended!
