About TransAm Trucking
TransAm Trucking is described as a solid place for individuals starting their careers in commercial truck driving. Many employees note that while there can be some miscommunication between departments, the overall experience is positive. The company provides a structured environment where drivers are expected to be proactive and take responsibility for their performance. Training at TransAm is highlighted as thorough and supportive, with instructors who are dedicated to helping new drivers succeed. However, some drivers have mentioned challenges, particularly concerning the lease program, which seems to generate complaints about mileage and fees. Despite this, many employees feel satisfied with their current roles and appreciate the mentorship from experienced staff members. On the downside, there are calls for improvements in facility cleanliness, particularly regarding bathroom maintenance. Overall, TransAm Trucking is seen as a good stepping stone for drivers looking to advance their careers, provided they maintain a strong work ethic and the right mindset.

She was extremely through about the whole process and MADE SURE each...read full review
