This company actually cares about it's employees, and I have worked for other companies that just put you as a number... Been driving for 11 years next month and I think I finally found a trucking home
My husband went to work as a city driver for Epes in 2019, and we've been satisfied enough to stick with them even through the pandemic mess in 2020 and recession that followed. The benefits are good, he truly likes the people with whom he works and gets along well with his dispatcher, and our family LOVES having him home every evening and weekends!
I grew up in a family that has always been involved in the trucking business. From what I've seen thus far, I can honestly say that I feel that Epes is a great company that sincerely cares about it's people and their well-being. Safety is a priority here, and there is a definite appreciation and respect here that many other companies lack. Great business and top notch people. Two thumbs up!
