The facility has a very nice environment, and the staff, including Michael and the two ladies who assisted with a CT scan, are very helpful and knowledgeable. Michael provides painless IVs, and the staff is highly recommended. Patients have been going to Touchstone Imaging for years, even when their doctors try to send them elsewhere. When a patient recently had to change insurance and their secondary insurance was not accepted at the Rockwall location, the front desk was resourceful and helped the patient obtain a grant or something similar. Despite not feeling well, the staff was so helpful. The MRI technician was considerate and let the patient choose their own music to listen to during the procedure. The staff, including Samantha, ensures a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Wonderful facility! It was a bit of a wait but when I saw someone in a wheelchair come out I knew there was a good reason for it. I myself took a bit as well because I couldn't get myself to pee a second time for the ultrasound. I think if there is ever any wait time for people that there is likely a good reason, people don't come here because they are healthy, they come here because they are sick. The employees are doing their best. I enjoyed my conversation with my radiologist tech and even though I am awkward she didn't let it trip her up and kept up with the conversation, I appreciated it. Touchstone Imaging has always proven to be the best Imaging and analysis of any MRI, CT, or X-ray I have taken. The results come with explanations that are above and beyond what my physicians explain. That has enabled me to ask more questions about the results to my doctors. And surprisingly I get much more information about my condition!
I’ve been going to Touchstone for years. Doctors try to send me other places but I insist on Touchstone. I recently was forced to change insurance when I moved to Kauffman county and my secondary insurance wasn’t accepted at the Rockwall location but The front desk was resourceful and got me a grant or something. I wasn’t doing well but they were so helpful. The lady that did my mri was considerate and even let me choose my own music to listen to while in the machine. Samantha even had my form filled out when Procedure was finished. I drove from Forney to Rockwall and you can see why in my review. You don’t find people that are kind that often.
