I took a day off work to be at my cleaning appointment today. I got there and they didn't have me on the calendar. I made the appointment for 6 months after my last cleaning. I didn't get the day wrong, they just didn't have me on the schedule anywhere. No apology, the response was 'you're wrong, its not there - we're booked today'. Only offered other times when I'd have to take another day off work. This is the 2nd time they've messed up my appointment time, I strongly recommend going somewhere else if you're not flexible with your time.

I took off work today to make it to my cleaning appointment. I made the appointment 6 months ago. I was waiting for 10 min before someone came to the desk, turned out I wasn't on the calendar. She just said I was wrong. No apology. She attempted to reschedule me for times I would have had to take off work again. This is the 2nd time they've messed up my cleaning. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you're not in a position to be flexible with your time.

I have been going to Dr. Koetter for 13+ years now, and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the office is immaculate, and Dr. Koetter really takes the time to explain what she’s doing, why, and still has compassion all along the way. I can’t recommend this dental office enough!
