Keith came out to troubleshoot the plugged drain lines for the AC. There is no one else you want to use to repair or replace your AC - period! Works sun up to sun down and just delivers outstanding and solid work! He fixes it right the first time! You can trust that he won’t screw you over with unnecessary repairs and recommendations.
Keith at RockwallAir provided outstanding service at my father’s home today. He was prompt, professional, highly proficient, personable, and offered a trustworthy and unbeatable price. He took the time to clearly explain everything and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care. Highly recommend Keith and the RockwallAir!
We bought our home new 2013. Once a year or every two years I’ve had our unit checked. I learned more in one visit from Keith than all the previous service checks combined. Very knowledgeable, open with information (about his work and the A/C industry in general) VERY REASONABLE COST.
