Randy to the rescue! He had water leaking from equipment installed by a different HVAC company and Randy came out first thing this morning and fixed it! Moving forward we will ONLY call Conover for HVAC servic. First class service!
Guy came out and gave us great feedback and tried to cut us as much of a deal as he could. Was watching out for us and ensuring our safety when the previous contractor didn’t do his job
The family and crew are friendly, explained everything in detail, and set expectations. Their first visit was after 5 and couldn't get the parts that night. So they made a special trip to bring us a portable AC unit for one room and set it up. The next morning they arrived first thing and got our AC back on. They communicated often and kept their promises. I highly recommend!
