Had Corky with Lakeside Home Inspections come out and do an 11 month inspection on my new build for warranty purposes. He was very thorough and informal and did not hold back what needed to be fixed. Affordable inspection compared to some. Highly recommend

Corky did a great job on my home and helped identify a couple problem areas, he also did an inspection for my ex husband and on that home it turned out to have numerous concerns and allowed him to consider the cost effectiveness of buying that home. Also if you are in Rockwall let Corky take the foundation measurements, it will help tremendously

Corky, the home inspector is a true professional, person who knows his job as well as cares and takes pride in his work. I am an engineer and a very hard person to impress when it comes to professional work and reports produced; Corky just impressed me. His detail analysis with descriptions and pictures in 50 page report is something that all other home inspectors should use as an example of how professional work should look like. If you want to have go to guy for home inspections, Corky is the person to go with.
