Dr. West is amazing, absolutely superb. I really wish this clinic didn't have to join whatever network of practices they're now apart of. It really makes everything worse from scheduling to diagnosing to billing. I truly detest whoever is now running it but I'll keep going until Dr. West retires.
I really like the physician but I hate hate hate the new management. Absolute cash grab for them. Making you go thru allergy testing prior to prescribing drops. Bro just mix the drops for everything and give them to me, hfs. Absolute greed by management, $700 for a freakin required test as if I don't know what I've been allergic to... read full review

I saw Dr.Chang and he was great! Great bedside manner and didn’t feel rushed. The staff weren’t overly friendly and welcoming but definitely not rude.m. I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room and 3 in the back.

I see Brandi Williams, M.S., CCC-A Clinical Audiologist - for my hearing aids and follow-ups after. She's sweet, listens to my concerns, and understanding. They work well with my schedules and so their best to make sure I have a replacement/loaner pair of aids while mine are in repair. She has been with me the for years, and now on my 2nd pair of hearing aids thru them.
