This dental office save me a lot of grief - on March 19, 2020. That’s the date that Texas was effectively shut down for the most part and businesses shutter doors along with schools and everything else.
That same day, a cap came off the back of one of my molars, and I started calling around to get it looked at, but could not get anyone to help. No dental office would accept me. Some of the advice I got was barbaric in terms of what to do and not knowing whenever my open tooth would be addressed.
I called Ideal Dental and pleaded that they helped me and one of the doctors agreed to stay and treat me .
Open Saturdays! I had a dental emergency and called numerous area dental offices only to get recordings. Ideal Dental answered my call and I was in within 2 hours! Thank you so much! I had a Satur afternoon appointment and your office saved me! Very gracious staff and professional service! Highly recommend!

Dr. Salvi and Chrysta (unsure of spelling) were the sweetest and most caring people I’ve ever dealt with at a dentist. Did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and informed what was going on with my teeth the entire time. Recently moved to the Dallas area and still come back to Rockwall because of the pure comfort and great care this dentist office has always given me.
