Great customer service from the e tire staff. It taking a while to get my dentures, but that's because the dentist is making sure they are great fit and looks great. She has sent them back twice for them not meeting her and my standards.

This particular office has so much compassion for each patient. They take the time to listen & care. They are on time & respect my time. You are made to feel that you are important to them. They always have a smile on their face. Thank you.

This dental office save me a lot of grief - on March 19, 2020. That’s the date that Texas was effectively shut down for the most part and businesses shutter doors along with schools and everything else.
That same day, a cap came off the back of one of my molars, and I started calling around to get it looked at, but could not get anyone to help. No dental office would accept me. Some of the advice I got was barbaric in terms of what to do and not knowing whenever my open tooth would be addressed.
I called Ideal Dental and pleaded that they helped me and one of the doctors agreed to stay and treat me .
