I have no issues with my doctor at this office or her staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable and have a wonderful "bedside" manner. My review is regarding the treatment I received today from the receptionist (Lailani?) Upon checking in, she promptly informed me that I was no longer was covered by my insurance. Since it is the beginning of the new calendar year, I pulled out my new insurance card and told her that I was covered and I had verified this information with my insurer prior to coming to the office. She didn't look at my insurance card; instead, she turned her computer screen toward me and coldly stated, "well my computer says you're not covered." She then stated that she would enter me as a self-paying patient. I told her that I was covered and I would not be paying out-of-pocket for the visit. I asked her to call the number on the back of my card to verify my information. She rudely informed me that wasn't her job and that she would not check me in. I immediately asked her to let me speak to someone with more authority which seemed to agitate her. She finally took my insurance card with her to speak to someone behind the counter. Shortly she returned and without saying anything to me, she began keying something into her computer. Within a few seconds, she told me what I already knew--my insurance was valid. At no point did she apologize to me or acknowledge that she was in error. I understand people can have bad days, but her blatant rudeness and lack of professionalism were uncalled for.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The NP prescribed me a drug that had a higher chance of hurting or killing me than helping me. They also tried to push expensive referrals that weren't needed instead of the one I needed. Luckily, I had a feeling that I needed to see an actual heart doctor before starting this potential life-ruining drug. This NP is an obvious big pharmaceutical pusher and only after a paycheck. All I needed was to continue on my diet and keep working out, as per an actual high-rated heart doctor. I will never return to this doctor's office, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy.

We had been going to Dr Robert Stark's office in Rockwall for 4 -5 years. (Texas Health )I used to LOVE this practice pre covid! It has declined in customer service during and after covid and we had numerous problems here. Dr. Stark is quick to give out medications but then makes it difficult to see him when it is time for refills. He is known by all his staff to take too much time with patients and makes you wait 1-2 hrs for your scheduled appointment and does not apologize for this. He is smug and when I wrote him about my disappointment of taking off work to be there to get blood drawn and was told i'd have to wait another hour he was not apologetic in his message back to me he blamed me. (He tried to say since I cancelled previous scheduled appts. with him due to illness and work ) it was partially my fault too. How is it my fault that he is 1-2 hours late for a scheduled appt that I showed up for? I asked if i could go to a quest for blood work and they refused. His response to me was I should find another provider. A year ago I was given the shingles vaccine and the first one was a breeze. The second one was 4-6 months later and it made me so sick I was bedridden and I contacted their emergency line and could not get any help. I just had to suffer through it for 3 days. Another time I had a bad migraine and they knew I had migraines and had prescribed me meds in the past. This particular day I had a severe one and was in severe pain and was vomiting. My husband came home from work to help me and because he told them I vomited they assumed I had covid and refused to see me. They said I would have to wait a day to be seen. So my husband had to take me to a clinic and the dr there gave me a shot for the migraine and prescribed me a dissolvable migraine pill. Why couldn't Dr. Stark see me? I was established patient of 5 years and they knew I had migraines? He could have called in that dissolvable migraine pill for me but they chose to do nothing! The practice in my opinion is mismanaged and I think he makes patients wait to build his ego or he is on some power trip but this is not realistic for patients that work or run their own businesses. He use to be on time 5 years ago. Perhaps it was because I saw his PA Amanda Moir more than him. But she has left this practice as well too. I'm my opinion and from my experience over the last two years, he no longer cares about his patients or schedules too many and cannot care for them . Please safe yourself the headache and seek a different PCP. He is not worth the wait! Our time is valuable too not just his.

I went to this clinic five days out of this week to receive lab work with results for a nursing program I am trying to enter into. I did not receive any results and each time I asked a healthcare provider about what the results meant they did not give me an answer. When I took the initiative to get the immunizations for those lab work they denied me the ability to receive those immunizations. I now have gone to a CVS local pharmacy to receive the immunizations for myself. It is a shame that this clinic could not provide me with the care that I needed while I am looking up to those individuals. Sadly they have let me down

I went to this clinic five days out of this week to receive lab work with results for a nursing program I am trying to enter into. I the test said it was inserted in ante twice. Each Time I asked a healthcare provider about what the results meant they did not give me an answer. on the fifth day I waited an hour to be taken back: for those lab work they denied me the ability to get the vaccine Because if my age. I asked what other clinics would provide the two dose vaccine and then refused to ask other clinics. now have gone to a CVS local pharmacy to receive the immunizations for myself. It is a shame that this clinic could not provide me with the care that I needed while I am looking up to those individuals. Sadly they have let me down. Do not go here they do not help.

Doctors and nurses are wonderful and truly care about your health. They are very flexible as well and empathetic towards others (they are very understanding and reasonable). The waiting times are typical for a Doctor's Office, but not ridiculous. Even their phone systems are above average. Of course the app also helps with scheduling, but they are always ready to take and/or return your calls. I have not had any issue with them for years!

Each time I have visited, I have been provided excellent care. I see Dr.Muns but I have also seen his PA, Suzanne Thompson. Time was taken to listen and hear what I was saying. My treatment plans have been thorough and effective. The office, as a whole, is a well oiled machine. The procedures for check-in and check-out are seamless. If you are looking for a PCP, I would highly recommend Harbor Heights!

Apparently you can’t hit don’t recommend unless you write a review. My problem wasn’t with the doctor but with the front office. I won’t be going back.
