If you haven’t tried F45 yet, you definitely should. It’s one of the best functional training programs out there—no complicated movements, and it’s very easy to follow. The trainers guide you through each exercise in detail, which makes it even better. I love it so much and can’t wait for my next class!
I researched three F45 gyms and F45 Heath (in Rockwall) is hands down the best of them all! I originally joined F45 Heath by paying for 8 workout sessions per month but quickly changed it into an unlimited membership.
The instructors are top of the line, very knowledgeable of the exercises and any modifications being used, and, most importantly, are very friendly. They get to know you and encourage you during the workouts. The members at the gym are friendly and are consistent with attending classes. Also, those members encourage you as well.

I absolutely love it there! Personally I need to workout with a group of people to help motivate and push myself. The workouts aren’t repetitive and constantly changing. All the instructors I’ve interacted with are so great at what they do and very nice and welcoming! Don’t be nervous if you’re new to working out. They truly are there to help adjust each individual to the workouts if you can’t do something.
