So glad I called D&E! My usual A/C guy was slow at responding and showing up (days or weeks later) and Danny showed up same day within hours of calling him!! He was so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him. My upstairs wasn’t cooling and he added Freon and I haven’t had issues since!

Danny and his team far exceeded my expectations when replacing my current ac system. I bought a house back in April and the existing unit was undersized but 50%. I found Danny on a Facebook group and called to schedule a walk through appointment. He was very knowledgeable and personable, very professional. Life got crazy and I prolonged my replacement for a few months. We kept in contact and finally in October 2022 I was ready to move forward with the unit swap. My job was a bit more complicated because they had to run new copper to support the new unit and they had to relocate the unit outside which involved many extra steps. Throughout the whole process Danny was very kind and informative of what what going to take place and what steps he was taking to ensure I had the perfect installation. He was very patient and answered all of my questions that helped me to alleviate any concerns that popped up. Danny is a man of his word and will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients are comfortable with the process. His attention to detail was like none I have seen in the trade business. He wants to ensure his work is done properly the first time and if that takes 2 extra hours that’s ok. Danny does it right! He even laid out drop cloths throughout the entire interior of the house he needed to access and even went above and beyond by sweeping the inside of the house after he was complete with the work. In addition to this, Danny is just a really nice guy and easy to talk to. He and I could easily carry on for hours if we had the time. He shared stories with me about his family, vacations, kids off to college, etc. You can tell he is just an honest, great guy. I have been incredibly pleased with my purchase and am so blessed I found him. I highly recommend D&E Heating and AC for any HVAC project, big or small. I haven’t had any issues so far, but I have no doubt that if I called him with a problem, he would be here as quickly as possible. Danny earned a customer for life and I hope that he continues to find success by treating clients honestly snd fairly.
